This deck is heavily based on Tomer Abramovici's Budget Commander article regarding Selenia on MTGGoldfish. I had a bunch of the cards he mentioned and realized that the part of Magic I hate the most is combat. I've had to tone this deck way down after I won 3 times with Repay In Kind and once with Triskaidekaphobia+Tree of Perdition. I decided on the name after I won by poking my opponents each turn with multiple instances of extort plus Sanguine Bond plus Strionic Resonator. It's amazing how powerful the weird mechanics of this deck can be. My brother once called it "the bluest white+black deck ever."
