So I've been playing storm (and loving it) but I've been looking for something else I can play with the mana base without picking up snaps/cryptics ect, and I think this might of some potential.

The main idea is to use Selective Memory with Crackling Drake for a one shot kill.

The rest of the deck is kind of a tempo/value game plan to make use of drake without the combo.

The combo is pretty risky, kind of a win or loose set up so we really dont want to rely on it if playing against interactive decks but it really gives us reach against aggro/combo decks.

I would love to hear your opinion on the deck and any ideas to make it more viable (while keeping it budget of course)
