Based on the Seize Control deck from Commander 2015, this & deck commanded by Mizzix of the Izmagnus caters to the true spellslinger at heart.

I started with the Budget $20 Upgrade version of the deck, and have made adjustments over time. (It's no longer a $20 upgrade!) This definitely could use more protection for Mizzix. He seems to be a frequent target, and at 2 toughness he's easy to kill off. Maybe a Swiftfoot Boots would help... The deck does still does pretty well without him, it just means going with a little different gameplan.
