I love token decks. My first EDH deck used Rhys the Redeemed to make hundreds of squirrels. My favorite deck is a soldier based token deck using Darien, King of Kjeldor . I've built several others along the way, most recently using Rith, the Awakener and Purphoros, God of the Forge .

This deck featuring Ulasht, the Hate Seed is a more concise version of that deck, minus the white, with more 'good stuff' and less spore counters to keep track of. The basic function of the deck is to flood the board with tokens. You win either by pinging your opponents with Impact Tremors and similar effects, or by buffing your multitudes with cards like Overrun or Gruul War Chant . While the full soul sisters package I've usually included is lost with the absence of white, Essence Warden is still present and gives you a way to heal up as well as deal damage.

(Note: Earl of Squirrel is listed as sideboard for situations where people are ok with me using it.)

The analysis of my decks are posted on GoogleDrive here.
