Which is why I play Tutelage TurboFog in Modern.

And which is why I'm now playing TurboFog in Amonkhet Standard as well.

Win Cons

Thing in the Ice   flipped, Approach of the Second Sun or Awakened lands/manlands. Untill you win, fog out with everything. Usually, a turn 6/7 Planar Outburst helps a lot, too, if you dont manage to get TitI flipped fast enough.

Weaknessess

Planeswalkers are a problem for this deck, which is why Deadlock Trap is a critical card sideboard. Also, redirecting Dynavault Tower to Walkers.

Sideboard

I'm still in doubt about the sideboard. The counterspells will be needed, but I might want to add 2 more Deadlock Traps if Planeswalkers become more popular. The new Gideon is especially annoying.

Budget version

For a more budget version of this deck you could change the dual lands to basics if you'd need to save money. Even Thing in the Ice   could be cut if you'd want to play some main board counterspells. I'd recommend more cards with Awaken then. From the sideboard, remove Gideons and add another Tamiyo, Planar Outburst and a few more counterspells.

Less budget version

For less budget, add cycle lands and Torrential Gearhulk. Thing in the Ice is good, but you could go gearhulks all the way and add the white or green one if you'd like. I'd also recommend more Gideons sideboard. 4 of each will do fine-tune you can protect them with fogs and win on their damage.
