It's using U/R artifacts with Khans included. 4 of the usual cards but now with the addition of Monastery Swiftspear and Ghostfire Blade. Monastery Swiftspear is for early game and to provie mana for Convoke later on. Ghostfire Blade is for more Ensoul Artifact and Shrapnel Blast fodder as well as triggering Prowess. It also makes Ornithopter able to attack incase it doesn't get Ensoul Artifact. I may add Swiftwater Cliffs but am not sure if I can afford for the deck to run slow.The Sideboard will need further testing.
