The sole reason for this deck's existence is the following combo:

1. Make infinite blue, black and colorless mana using one of the many infinite mana combos;
2. Activate Jace's Projection (or Viral Drake)'s ability;
3. Put a loyalty counter on Jace, the Mind Sculptor;
4. Repeat steps 2-3 until there are 12 counters on Jace, the Mind Sculptor;
5. Activate Jace, the Mind Sculptor's -12 ability;
6. Exile all cards from one opponent's library, then shuffle their hand into their library;
7. Jace, the Mind Sculptor goes to the graveyard;
8. Play Rona, Disciple of Gix;
9. Exile Jace, the Mind Sculptor from your graveyard using Rona, Disciple of Gix's ability;
10. Play Jace, the Mind Sculptor from exile;
11. Repeat steps 2-7;
12. Activate Eldrazi Displacer's ability targeting Rona, Disciple of Gix (alternately, have her soulbond with Deadeye Navigator when she comes into play);
13. Repeat steps 9-12 once for this opponent and twice more for each other opponent (so their hands also get exiled and there are no cards left on their libraries);
14. Pass the turn.

There are a couple of alternate win conditions in Torment of Hailfire, Exsanguinate and Damnable Pact in case the main combo gets disrupted (quite likely considering how convoluted it is). With all the ways to get infinite mana it shouldn't be a problem fueling those.
