Maybeboard

Here's a brief rundown of typical strategy and goals when playing the deck:

-The deck is essentially Mono U control with a winning combo at the end. We'll be ramping into as much mana as possible while making sure to hold up some amount of countermagic for important threats as they come up.

-Recognizing what decks will be immediately threatening is extremely important, as our deck never has much of a board state creature-wise and instead relies on wrath effects and countermagic, as well as a few dorks and larger creatures.

-Our combo consists of JtMS, God-Eternal Kefnet , Mystical Tutor, and any extra turn spell. (I like Nexus of Fate most of the time but they all work.) With Kefnet and Jace in play, cast Tutor to grab an extra turn spell and put it on top. Reveal it as the first card drawn during your turn with Kefnet's ability and cast the copy. You'll have one extra turn at this point. Then, use JtMS's 0 ability to brainstorm, putting the extra turn spell back on top of your library. Then, pass the turn to yourself, and repeat this process. This will give you infinite turns and card draw. You'll draw your deck and leave Nexus as its last card (since it shuffles in) and begin using Jace's +2 ability (instead of his 0 ability since you no longer need it to get infinite turns due to drawing Nexus every turn) to raise his loyalty infinitely and -12 each opponent.

-Casting Jace when not using him as the combo engine can be very useful or very bad. We're going to want to make sure we can get the most out of him, since casting Jace for 4 or 6 mana and then only Brainstorming once isn't the best thing ever. You'll want to cast him after wiping the board or holding enough some sort of interaction with your opponents. The longer he sticks, the more his value engine begins to throttle you into a winning position.

-I've attempted to allow the deck to use its graveyard as a second hand. Since there'll be extra turn spells, counterspells, draw spells, and more, cards like Snapcaster Mage and Mission Briefing will be very helpful with your game plan. I'm also considering adding cards like Flood of Recollection and Echo of Eons to make sure we can reuse cards and save our combo pieces when they get countered or destroyed, but my playgroup hasn't given me enough of a reason too.

I'd still love to hear suggestions on this list!
