A more advanced and slightly more expensive version of the first verison: Scry Me A River ($20.00 Budget).

Just about every non-land and some of the lands all involve making you scry. The exception being Flamespeaker Adept, which is affected my scrying rather than making you scry, and Typhoid Rats. either of these can easily be equipped with Witches' Eye to make you scry. All of these in combination with Knowledge and Power allow you to tap 2 colourless mana and deal damage to your opponent.
