This is my take on the classic builds of The Scorpion God. Not much has changed from what you'd usually see, but if this deck gets to ramp up a little bit and have its commander unchallenged, any opponents running creatures will deeply regret playing with you.

While it is not competitive, the deck is fairly strong, your win conditions usually involve infect but you can always just beat down with your value creatures while ruining your opponent's blocks with Kulrath Knight or Merciless Javelineer .

Getting Nest of Scarabs onto the battlefield gives the deck massive value, using Skullclamp and the commander to draw huge amounts of cards and going infinite with Blowfly Infestation , either to draw cards or to drain the opponent with Blood Artist .

Synergies and combos are everywhere, please feel free to playtest the deck, but know that the amound of value you'll see from that does not reflect the true potential, you can only know the true joy of it by slowly withering away the opponent's creatures all while laughing and drawing cards, until they inevitably die of poison.
