You should probably cut most of the non-dragons, like Progenitus and Blightsteel Colossus. If you want some exaples of Scion reanimator decks, check these out: deck:ur-dragon-30-07-12-1, Scion is RawrFaced!, Undead Dragon Hordes: Scion Aggro
Eiganjo Castle doesn't seem to fit very well, though it might be useful. One of the panorama lands can probably be substituted for a Evolving Wilds . With the exception of Reya Dawnbringer , Doomed Necromancer , Elvish Piper , and Havengul Lich perhaps the non-dragon creatures need to be cut. I agree with the removal of the banned cards and the removal of Door to Nothingness
Okina, Temple to the Grandfathers and Eiganjo Castle don't really belong in this list.
Given that your goal is reanimation, I find it odd that you don't include Sheoldred, Whispering One in this list.
I don't look at ban lists a lot so thanks for telling me about that.
I put in Door to Nothingness because i play tested against some decks where i had enough mana to use it but i understand taking it out.
Putting in discard abilities would be a good idea but i don't know many cards for that so anyone have suggestions?
With all the cards i put in to avoid hard casting creatures from my hand, i thought it might be a good idea to put in some extremely strong creatures like Progenitus and Blightsteel Colossus i will probably take them out though.
I actually meant to put in Sheoldred, Whispering One .
I put in "legendary creature" lands because i can use them when i have the extra mana laying around.
Discard effects are not particularly strong in EDH unless you build your deck around it (Nath of the Gilt-Leaf decks, etc.), so unless you plan to make it a major part of your strategy don't both including it, it'll just end up pissing people off.

Thoughts from a cursory glance:Recurring Nightmare , Emrakul, the Aeons Torn , and Channel are banned in EDH.
Hellkite Charger will either be win-more, or unable to use it's ability, depending on if you hard-cast it or reanimate it.
I don't think you need Door to Nothingness , it doesn't really fit with the theme of the deck, and without mana ramp, you will have won before it becomes useful.
I'm not sure how useful Progenitus would be unless you can instant speed take him from the graveyard.
Other than that, you may want to either streamline for dragons, or add some discard abilities.Looks like a very evil deck. +1!
