After having built and run several permanent-heavy decks, I've decided to go in a different direction and try a spellslinging deck that focuses more on Instants and Sorceries than on artifacts, enchantments, and creatures. That being said, there are still several artifacts in this deck and a handful of creatures and enchantments, but they're in the deck to provide support rather than to carry it.

The ultimate goal is to drop Turnabout + Reiterate to generate an infinite amount of mana and then copy any of my X damage spells (such as Comet Storm) to hit as many opponents as possible and win the game. Most of the creatures, artifacts, and enchantments in this deck work to either reduce the cost of the instants and sorceries, or to provide some library manipulation to increase the benefits of Melek's ability.

Talrand, Sky Summoner, and Young Pyromancer allow me to fill my field with chump blockers- essentially offsetting the low number of creatures the deck actually runs. Possibility Storm and Teferi's Puzzle Box keep my opponents shuffling through their cards too fast to actually nail down a long-term strategy, while Melek's top-deck casting allows me to bypass the worst of the side-effects.

So far the deck wins games gloriously or fails spectacularly- precisely how it's meant to.
