This deck is built around the card Isochron Scepter. The end result is to get out the scepter with Boros Charm or Lighting Helix on it and have paradox engine out with a rock out that can produce at least 2 mana or more, this combo will allow the scepter to be tapped infinitely. Alternatively I can put Silence or any of the other Silence effects on to the scepter with an Unwinding Clock to attempt to lock all the other players out of the game by activating it on their upkeep or Angels Grace to make sure you cant loose the game. Panharmonicon allows the scepter to enter with two spells on it for more versatility to the scepter allowing me to cast up to two spells on activation of the scepter. other than the win con the deck plays pillow fort cards such as Moat, Forcefield, Humility, Ensnaring Bridge, and Glacial Chasm to protect the deck from the biggest threat to it. Solemnity has amazing value with the Glacial Chasm and Phyrexian Unlife to buy myself time to play out my combo if the game is dragging on and a Decree of Silence to stop the opponents from casting spells all together.
