Just a fun EDH deck I plan on making to play with my Magic group. The main goal is to use some scarecrows and some shapeshifters to activate Reaper King's ability. Other cards in here are basic tribal cards to buff scarecrows. While this is not completely budget, I would like to keep costs under $200.
