I'm new to Magic, and The Scarab God is my first commander. With War of the Spark we've gotten some new toys so I figure it'd be interesting to try out! Would definitely appreciate the criticism :) Pretty much destroy any threats to you, search out and discard Wonder, Gleaming Overseer, and Vizier of the Scorpion to buff your tokens and zombies with Flying, Deathtouch, Hexproof, and Menace. Thanks to the deck's ability to just flat out destroy stuff you're also stealing your opponent's monsters and granting them token buffs as well. Grimgrin can act as a secondary win con since free sacrifices are common. Kefnet combos well, allowing for easy board wipes in Life's Finale and Kindred Dominance. Consuming Aberration and Wight of Precinct Six combos extremely well with the deck, it is extremely easy making the opponent discard and put stuff in the graveyard and Mindcrank helps to do just that. Thanks to this graveyard feed I can get more creatures out from the Scarab God's effect, and I can even infinitely combo with Mind Crank and Duskmantle Guildmage. If you find yourself on the defensive luckily Propaganda, Dolmen Gate, Graf Harvest,and Maddening Imp help keep pressure and allow you to more freely control the battlefield (Maddening Imp + Propaganda is just mean anyways, forcing the opponent to use their mana on a few creatures while destroying the rest). Otherwise me, Lilliana, and the Scarab God will enjoy resurrecting an undead army buffed by Menace, Deathtouch, Flying, and Hexproof.
