This deck's goal is to utilize strong interaction to murder other players. This deck is designed to be casual and fun.

Saskia Synergy

Saskia's trigger is powerful and abusable, all you need to the right deck to abuse it.

Double Damage

A damage doubling effect with Saskia on the field will increase damage to the named player x6. For example, let's say that Saskia is the only attacker and that she is attacking the named player. She goes unblocked and deals 3 damage to the named player, but Dictate of the Twin Gods increases that to 6. Then her trigger goes on the stack saying deal 6 damage to the named player, Dicate again doubles it to 12. This puts the total damage at 18. This does more damage than would have been dealt if you simply had two damage doubling affects on the field, which would have only reached x4. Gisela, Blade of Goldnight and Dictate of the Twin Gods are the only two doublers included in this list. Dictate is especially potent because of the flash.

Damage Triggers

A creature's ability that triggers when it deals damage will trigger twice. As long as it doesn't say combat, the damage triggers when it hits the defending player and when Saskia's trigger makes it deal damage to the named player. Deus of Calamity and lifelink both work this way.

Assault Suit

Assault Suit and Saskia is a beautiful combo that weaponizes every combat step against the named player. Any time an opponent attacks they will activate Saskia's trigger and deal damage to the named player. This can force the named player to deal damage to themself if they need to attack.

Sunforger

Sunforger has a niche combo with Saskia. Sunforger can be unequipped after the equipped creature has dealt combat damage but before Saskia's trigger resolves. To illustrate this utility, let's say the named player has a Platinum Emperion. You attack another opponent with a Sunforger equipped creature. The defending player has no blocks and Saskia's trigger goes on the stack. While the trigger is on the stack, you unequip Sunforger finding Utter End. You exile the Platinum Emperion and the damage trigger resolves successfully. The +4 damage from Sunforger will still be dealt to the named player.

Blade of Selves

Blade of Selves is a key piece of this deck by itself, but it also works well with Saskia. The damage caused by myriad tokens is usually spread out among all of the players, but Saskia allows that extra damage to be focused onto the named player.

Note that some of these abilities don't work with all of the 5 token creaters above. Brutal Hordechief and Inferno Titan's attack triggers don't work with Blade of Selves or Flamerush Rider because the tokens need to be created before attacks are declared. Dawnbreak Reclaimer also doesn't work with those two because the token needs to survive to the end step.

Recursion

Recursion abilities are another way to get multiple ETB triggers out of a single creature over the course of the game.

Flickers

Cloudshift Show

Cloudshift's main purpose in this deck is to change Saskia's named player at instant speed. This will surprise most players, and Cloudshift comes with the added utility of protecting your creatures from targeted removal. In a pinch it can retrigger an ETB effect. There aren't any affects in the deck that do this, but if you manage to gain control an opponent's creature it can be permanently stolen with Cloudshift.

Eerie Interlude Show

Eerie Interlude is in this deck primarily as a card to dodge board wipes. It performs the same functions as Cloudshift but is slightly better at tiggering ETBs as it can trigger any or all of the creatures you have. It is, however, slightly worse at changing Saskia's target because the return to the battlefield is delayed till the end step so there is no surprise potential. This card combos with Eternal Witness and Greenwarden of Murasa to allow it to be cast repeatedly. This combo will let you trigger the ETBs of all your creatures once each turn as well as letting you always have the Interlude up for any boardwipes. The combo also works with Skullwinder, but this is inadvisable because an opponent would gain value while you would be forced to choose Eerie Interlude each time to maintain the engine.

Whip of Erebos Show

Creatures returned from the graveyard with the Whip can be flickered to keep them on the battlefield.

Combustible Gearhulk

Combustible Gearhulk's ability to deal damage is limited by the converted mana cost of my spells. Primeval Protector and Blasphemous Act both have large CMCs to deal lots of damage, but if I need to cast them from my hand they often won't cost too much. Won't come up too often, but with all the ways to trigger this ability more than once, I thought it was worth mentioning. The same synergy works with Sin Prodder but your opponents can choose to let you draw the card instead of taking the damage.
