This deck focuses on population and non-combat damage. Enchantments are mostly how its done. For example:

Dragon roost creates a 5/5 dragon token which thanks to crucible of fire is now an 8/8 which means that due to sarkhan's unsealing does 4 damage to every opponent and each creature they control then on top of that warstorm surge causes 8 damage to any target.

Cards like skyline despot and dragonmaster outcast create a 5/5 dragon token creature each turn triggering the mechanism explained a little earlier.

Combine all that with an enchantment giving your attacking creatures double strike and this deck will do some damage.
