Samut flashing in to battle. My version of the "Tap Tribal" decks using the new Naya commander.

Samut's anthem effect allowing creatures to instantly tap/attack, Works well with the new exert mechanic.

This deck hosts many interesting interactions between cards like Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker, Umbral Mantle, Captain Sisay, and many more.

Also being a commander with double-stirke, getting commander damage is easy, especially with Kessig Wolf Run
