wanted to find a deck for salvager: Play altar ,salvager, myr retriever, and deathrender than attach deathrender,sac myr retriever trigger fizzles, Sac salvager triggers deathrender, put myr retriever back to hand and have it enter with deathrender, sac myr retriever to get back salvager, triggers deathrender, put salvager back into play attached to deathrender. each myr retriever is sacrificed one card of top of opponents library.( still not completely sure it works, please check.
