The combo is Liquimetal Coating + Saheeli Rai + Altar of the Brood. The dream is T1 Alter, T2 Coating, T3 Saheeli. Kolaghan's Command + Liquimetal Coating becomes Vindicate + shock/raven's crime. Trinket Mage can get Alter or Pithing Needle. Tezzeret, Agent of Bolas is easily replaceable because it only has 7 targets, but I can't think of a better card right now, maybe Muddle the Mixture?

Saheeli Combo Description: Liquimetal Coating targets Saheeli Rai making her an artifact. Saheeli then uses her -2 clones a artifact or creature I control and since Saheeri is an artifact I target her. Normally the copy wouldn't be an artifact because clones only copy what is printed on the card, but her -2 states "except it's an artifact in addition to it's other types" meaning you can repeat the process without having to use Coating more than once. As Saheeli etbs as a artifact Altar of the Brood triggers and you can put their whole library into their graveyard. Reckless Fireweaver also works to do infinite damage to the opponent as well.

Command Coating Combo: Use Liquimetal Coating to target anthing an opponent controls, then destroy it with Kolaghan's Command and use the second mode for whatever.
