This is my Saheeli the gifted deck, a really powerful commander for massive early game ramp and potentially for running away with a game super quick.

This deck is based around Saheeli's second plus 1 ability that makes your next spell cost 1 less for each artifact you control. The deck has a lot of artifacts in it and is able to generate a few artifacts on its own. These artifacts give you a really good ability to bring out 10 drops as early as turn 4 or 5 which can lead to you taking games pretty quickly unless someone you're playing against has early responses.

If you aren't able to run away with the game in the first few turns then its alright because the deck has lots of control elements in it that allow you to stall out until you have your ramp, or build up some pretty scary board states. Planar Portal and Planar Bridge give you so much flexibility especially when combined with unwinding clock. this essentially allows you to play on everyone else's turn and constantly have the solutions to different problems that may arise.

The deck has been very consistent when I have played it in my play group and even on the games where it doesn't pop off it still is highly interactive. The biggest problem the deck faces is that it needs Saheeli in the early game to ramp up quickly, without Saheeli the deck can be painfully slow. Another problem is mass artifact destruction will ruin your day since the deck is build around artifacts. Junktroller is in the deck and helps with that a little bit but not as much as mass artifact recursion would which is unfortunately mostly found in white.
