My take on a casual deck with Akiri, Fearless Voyageras the commander that focuses on creatures like Stuffy Doll and Brash Taunter who can share their pain with our opponents.

{5}: Stuffy Doll/Brash Taunter our most resilient of the bunch, tutor for them with Imperial Recruiter/Recruiter of the Guard

{6}: Coalhauler Swine is the big pig that combos with our redirection effects (more on that later)

Crack the Whip

Board Wipes

Chain Reaction/Star of Extinction/Blasphemous Act/Starstorm help keep the table clear and create big triggers for our sadomasochists

Sustained Damage

Repercussion can help to punish our opponents who engage in combat, adds additional damage to our board wipes, and combos with our redirection effects (more on that later)

Lightmine Field punish our opponents who engage in combat while also triggering our sadomasochists

Pyrohemia can turn our extra mana into extra damage while also helping to keep the field clear

Safe-word

Redirection

Pariah/Pariah's Shield on one of our sadomasochists ensures our opponents' attacking creatures will steer clear of us and makes for even more damage off of Pyrohemia

Gideon's Sacrifice/Martyrdom don't stick around like the pariahs, but it makes up for it by surprising and blowing out our opponents' attacks, fear the likes of Craterhoof Behemoth no longer

All of these redirection effects become even better when used on a Coalhauler Swine with indestructible, creating an infinite damage loop burning out all of our opponents! Alternatively, if we have Repercussion out, any one of our other sadomasochists with indestructible can be a substitute piggy.

Guilty Conscience can also create an infinite damage loop if attached to an indestructible sadomasochist that is dealt any damage

Protection

Akiri, Fearless Voyager out allows us to give our sadomasochists indestructible by removing their equipment, combo with Leonin Shikari to help ensure you can keep everyone protected

Hammer of Nazahn can keep one of our sadomasochists indestructible at a time and provides some equipment synergy to boot

Boros Charm can give us a one-shot of indestructible when we need it with the bonus of covering all of our permanents

Deflecting Swat/Eerie Interlude/Sejiri Shelter   don't help with our combo, but they do help allow us dodge non-destruction related effects (bounce/steal/tuck/etc.)

Please Sir May I Have Another

Card Advantage

Sunforger gives us access to a toolbox of instants in our deck that we can keep refilling with Mistveil Plains. Tutor for it with Godo, Bandit Warlord/Stonehewer Giant/Stoneforge Mystic/Goblin Engineer/Fighter Class/Open the Armory or best of all Enlightened Tutor which can then be looped! Eerie Interlude is also a great looping option, resetting our ETB tutor creatures to grab more combo pieces.

Tithe/Knight of the White Orchid can help us hit our land drops, but even better can tutor for our Mistveil Plains which along with Sunforger can keep looping Tithe.

Charmbreaker Devils and Sun Titan can repeatedly recur key pieces from our graveyard

Arch of Orazca/Bonders' Enclave/War Room provide us mana-sinks for some extra draw power
