Sideboard

When making a G/B +1/+1 counters there is no better option than Reyhan, Last of the Abzan He creates so much value over the course of a game. Being able to move counters over to other creatures is amazing with sac outlets like Bone Splinters and Eliminate the Competition. The flexibility allows cards like Walking Ballista to really shine. Sacking creatures for abilities or spells can often times be very helpful rather than harmful.

Cards such as Corpsejack Menace, Winding Constrictor, and Hardened Scales really make this deck explode.

Ramp is another theme of this deck. Green offers so many good options, so why not use them? Nissa's Renewal, Karametra's Acolyte, and Yavimaya Elder are prime examples. The best is Rishkar, Peema Renegade without a doubt. He utilizes the counters perfectly. The ramp has nice pay offs such as Genesis Hydra, Hooded Hydra, and Hydra Broodmaster.

This is a budget option with room to make some upgrades. Vampiric Tutor, and Diabolic Tutor spring to mind first.
