My attempt at a rush deck. The turn 1 win (which is possible with about 6.8% of draws) is land -> haste creature, cast burning shoals discarding one of the big spells and attack for lethal. This is the win condition, but we also have 0 cost counterspells and nourishing/shining shoal to keep us alive until we find it.
