This is my personal Ruric Thar deck that started as a $15 super-budget deck. I only include cards that are under $1 of course after I include them their prices can change and I won't take them out of the deck. It's fascinating to see how constantly working on a budget deck can yield strong results and a deck that is worth far more than you paid for it. NOTE: If you ever actually SEE my copy of this deck I have bling-ed out versions of these cards because I have shiny cards why not include them AND if the normal cards are budget then the fancy ones are cheep too!!!! I have also gone back and forth about the inclusion of Sol Ring. The deck is better with the card but it has never been below that $1 threshold that I set for myself since the deck was built.
