The idea is to play big creatures on curve and ramp up fast. I'm playing quite a few non creature spells as most of the time Ruric draws lots of spot removal and the benefits of the planeswalkers are just too good.

Combos:

Kiki Jiki, Mirror Breaker + Zealous Conscripts = Infinite 3/3s with haste

Aggravated Assault + Savage Ventmaw = Infinite combat steps
