Mana ramp plus big creatures plus some tutors

Maybeboard is cards I am thinking of adding, have all the existing cards.

Haven't played this yet, any suggestions for replacements? Was aiming for somewhat budget, so $30+ dollar cards probably won't help much

Edit: Removed most of the artifacts, replaced some of the spells with creatures, and adjusted mana balance. Added aggravated assault to combo with savage ventmaw
