Lots of blue hate in this deck! My local meta is like 95% blue, which makes this a viable strategy. I wanted to use Ruric Thar as the commander to begin with, but after building the deck, I'm not so sure any more. I would like some help choosing a commander and adding the last few cards to the deck. The commanders I'm thinking about are in the maybeboard.
