This is the way to use Sage of Hours to win you games - you build a big, fat Simic deck around him!

Those Bioshifts will grab counters from your big, counter-laden scary creatures, and the Sage will turn them into extra turns like Rumplestiltskin spinning straw into gold! Do you know what extra turns looks like with a Kalonian Hydra out?

Master Biomancer is also a fantastic target for your Bioshift counters, because he gives them back again and again... just three counters on a Master Biomancer means you can cast the Sage of Hours with five counters on him immediately!

Cast a Progenitor Mimic copying the Sage next turn, and you get infinite turns!

The nice thing is, this deck is scary even without the combo aspect... Kalonian Hydra and Arbor Colossus are top-tier creatures, and Prime Speaker Zegana fills up your hand so well! And if you don't know about the power of Prophet of Kruphix, then you oughta check it out!
