For post DGM Standard fun
AEtherling : a win condition on his own fits nicely into the curve and works really well with Gilded Lotus
Gilded Lotus : Fits really well as it makes protected Aetherling plays as early as turn six and works well to utilize all of the abilities on Aetherling
Ral Zarek : Really makes the Lotus unbelievably efficient and works as a recurring bolt
Nivix Cyclops : Really the star of the deck has a nice body that defends well but makes great offensive plays.
Augur of Bolas : cantrips and blocks always useful can be lethal late game with a pike.
Runechanter's Pike : works as a win on an aetherling and functions well on Cyclops
Searing Spear : nice instant removal that adds to pike count and triggers the cyclops.
Think Twice : nets a draw to help dig but the most interesting uses Ive had arein combination with the cyclops for getting a surprise kill with think twice. flashbacks next turn as a pump and draw for an attack.
Turn and Burn: kills anything with a blocking cyclops for 3 and kills on its own late game if fused
Mizzium Mortars : slow but heavy removal. also can work well as a board wipe plenty of the time which with a cyclops on board is a free swing.
Jace, Architect of Thought : perfect for control, helps you dig, tutors, and has a handy self protection for his +1. Biggest deal is he fetches Aetherling on ult so I can run less and still reliably get one.
Tamiyo, the Moon Sage : Another great P--walker, lock down, draws, and is a win condition on her own, I have used her ult to pillar of flame a few people to death, which works great with the cyclops since each one triggers.
Frostburn Weird : Good body to block and keep the smaller creatures in check and stays around for a good while with 4 toughness
Curse of Echoes : Works well against control mirrors making all oppenents counters useless and feeds the cyclops.
Pillar of Flame : good side in more against more creature heavy decks
I am really looking for some better sideboard options. By far my worst matchup is against Bant Enchantments the only real practical option I have so far is Glaring Spotlight but it really isn't a very reliable method.
I welcome any criticism and feedback
