T3: Saheeli Rai, use her +1 to deal 1 damage, then remove the counter to "crew" Heart of Kiran, swing for 6 (9 total damage)

T4: Fleetwheel Cruiser, use Saheeli's -2 to copy Cruiser, remove her last loyalty counter to "crew" Heart of Kiran. Swing for 16, 4 of which is flying and 10 of which is trample. Good game.

OR

T1: Spirebluff Canal, Shock opponent. -> 18

T2: Land, Heart of Kiran

T3: Land (), Siege Modification on Heart, attack for 7. -> 11

T4: Land, Fleetwheel Cruiser. Swing for 7 and 5...GG

If they don't have a removal spell for the enchanted Heart you're ending your turn 3 with them at 11 life. The first strike is solid against opposing Hearts or Avacyns.

Shock can also help to kill their creatures to prevent crewing.

Aether Revolt Update:

Smuggler's Copter is banned.

Siege Modification however allows another way to capitalize on Heart. T2 Heart of Kiran, T3 play this. Swing for 7 flying vigilance first strike.

Also fits very well as Consulate Dreadnought + Siege Modification. T1 Dreadnought for a T3 SiegeMod lets you swing for 10 first strike turn 3 to hit for half their life or kill their biggest creature. The huge toughness ensures even a flashed Avacyn can't kill it.

Linear strategy with lots of flexibility.

Don't wanna get your Siege Modified vehicle 2-for-1'd by a Fatal Push? You've got 4 copies of Turn Aside in the sideboard against Mardu Vehicles or Temur Dynavolt. It may slow you down a turn to wait until you've got countermagic to back up a combo, but if you win...
