I wanted to build an EDH deck that was a bit more competitive, and I decided that a BANT flicker deck with a lot of artifacts was a decent way to go. The deck is mainly focused on Deadeye Navigator and the many combos it enables.

The deck runs a little light on lands because it has three different infinite mana combos:

Tamiyo, the Moon Sage's emblem + Lotus Petal.

Palinchron + Deadeye Navigator.

Pili-Pala + Grand Architect.

Also, one Deadeye Navigator is not enough for this deck, so the goal is to copy it with Progenitor Mimic and Clever Impersonator. Using it, infinite mana, and the different ETB ability creatures in the deck I can make infinite tokens, have unlimited card draw, gain infinite life, have unlimited graveyard recursion, and tap down all creatures my opponents control.

The deck also utilizes Mycosynth Lattice and Memnarch to let me take my opponent's stuff. Combine this with one of the infinite mana combos and I can take control of their entire board.

The rest of the deck is focused on finding the combo pieces, protecting them, and disrupting my opponent long enough to initiate the win conditions. Rather than run tons of counters and removal, I prefer to put them on a stick. This is done with Isochron Scepter or Elite Arcanist and any of the counters or removal spells that work with each one. For good measure I've also included a Mystic Snake which also pairs with Deadeye Navigator.

This is my first real combo deck, and it is a work in progress. If there is anything you see that could be improved, the feedback is appreciated. I will be tweaking the manabase and will update accordingly. Sideboard coming soon.
