Romeo's life after death has been rough. His journey through the afterlife to find Juliet is no easy feat. It has been over 400 years, and theres still no sign of her. However, he has gotten a tip that she is stranded on the faraway plane of Ravnica, so he decides that there he must go. However, he cannot planeswalk off of the forgotten plane of Innistrad, so he simply cannot... on his own. He makes several, shall we say, 'bargains' with people like Liliana Vess, Kokusho, the Evening Star, and Elspeth, Sun's Champion to help him in his quest. They agree to help him, but for the price of his immortal soul. He agrees blindly, because he has his own agenda. With his loyal band of misfits, he vows to find her, no matter what it takes. What he doesn't tell them, however, is that this journey will force them to sacrifice themselves for his goals.

Hello! Welcome all to my Vish Kal, Blood Arbiter EDH deck! This is a deck Ive been wanting to build for a long time, but never had the time nor the inspiration to do it. However, I have recently come into some fortune, and have been given the blessing of a special someone to spend my time with. She also gave me the inspiration to finally go through with building Vish Kal, Blood Arbiter. This deck is my gift to her, and my best.

There are a number of infinite combos in this deck, but no Mikaeus, the Unhallowed. I simply do not like him in this deck. Nonetheless, we run a couple of Nim Deathmantle and Thornbite Staff combos.

Nim Deathmantle+Su-Chi+any sac outlet=Infinite Death triggers. This makes an Infinitely big Vish Kal, infinite mana with Ashnod's Altar, and if you add Blood Artist to the mix, infinite drain.

Thornbite Staff+Bloodline Keeper  /Thraben Doomsayer+any sac outlet=same as above.
