My new favorite pauper deck. I've seen this deck called black burn as well. I prefer the "rogue" burn because it is also a tribal rogue deck as well. Rogue creatures are (usually) evasive which allow you to cast morsel theft for the prowl cost. Most of the deck are sorceries and instants which make your opponent "lose life"...this is a great way to get around prismatic strands.
