This list started as a budget version of ToolmasterOfBrainerd's Rocket Science, but after tweaking the numbers and adding a few additions its become a list of my own.

This list offers a list just as potent and viable as delver, but its still easy on your wallet.

It also serves as a cheap shell perfect to get into modern with that can still compete and is perfect to build off of, to take to tier one

the only thing this list is really missing is Snapcaster Mage and a un budget mana base. the lack of fetch lands can be rough at times but cards like Thought Scour still provide enough fuel for delve
