Whenever Intet, the Dreamer deals combat damage to a player, you can pay to exile the top card of your library face down and play it for free as long as Intet stays in play.

Commanders like this are great, because they let you cheat cards into play. But it is usually disappointing when the card you exile turns out to be a land. This deck fixes that downside with a landfall theme.

All of the landfall triggers in the deck were selected because they still have value after combat. This way, if you exile a land from your library with Intet, you'll still get some value from it during your second main phase.

There are a ton of ways to increase your land drops or otherwise put extra lands into play, as well as get them back from your graveyard.

And, of course, for the sake of my silly title, this deck includes Hurricane, which, incidentally, is a good card. If you have more life than your opponents and a ton of mana, it can win the game.

Affordable, a little chaotic, and hopefully lots of fun.
