This deck is based on the combo between Rishkar and Paradox Engine. The deck wants to play a lot of cheap creatures so that Rishkar can turn them into mana dorks, so that we can start casting spells in our deck with engine on the battle to generate a lot of mana. To help enable the deck to basically play every card in our deck we have Soul of the Harvest, Armorcraft Judge, Rishkar's Expertise, Regal Force and Zendikar Resurgent, so we can keep playing cards and refilling our hand.

Win Conditions

Now there's a lot of ways to win and these all include Paradox Engine.

We can infinitely pump our creatures with Immaculate Magistrate and Doubling Season.

Another way is to use Aladdin's Ring for infinite damage.

One shot people with Concordant Crossroads and Blightsteel Colossus and taking extra turns with Magistrate's Scepter.

You can mill your opponent out with Sands of Delirium.

There is classic beat down plan and mass swing out with your creature with the help of Overwhelming Stampede and Triumph of the Hordes.

The final win condition is Aetherflux Reservoir to blast your opponents away.
