This is my Dimir Milling deck with Oona, Queen of the Fae as commander.

Unlike other mill decks, this deck does not include so many mill spells or creatures. The reason for this is because most of these spells / creatures are simply sub-par and hurt the strength of your deck.

For this reason this deck only includes the strongest mill spells available allowing you to run more control spell in the freed up slots.

Criteria for good mill spells

Must have either an immediate strong mill effect, board state effect/ or strong board presence. Also the spells must be mana efficient.
