Mono Blue, semi budget (<$100 AUD) do nothing/stall for about 9 turns then have ~20x 2/2 black zombies, hopefully by then you win. Either you play Part the Waterveil and Rise from the Tides together or Rise + Dramatic Reversal or Rise on opponents turn using Brain in the Jar

OR have 5 sorcery/instants in graveyard + Rise + Westvale Abby and potentially a Waterveil cast with 9 mana to create a 15/13 creature

OR gain 50 hp with constant casting with Aetherflux Reservoir, and replenish deck using Perpetual Timepiece and dealing 50 damage to opponent (although this is just part of the stall)

Final Fortune is the replacement for Perpetual Timepiece as it currently says "Card not found".
