This is my second rough draft at a rielle discard/self mill deck. Its still what I would consider a budget/casual deck. There are some a few win-cons including buffing Rielle with the graveyard to swing for commander damage, semi-infinite draw/ping combos with the Niv-Mizzets, as well as a reasonable outlet to either mill or self mill out.

I haven't done any play testing on this deck yet and would appreciate any constructive criticism or card suggestions. Be gentle, and have a great day. <3
