Concept here is "villan" theme with an interactive and disruptive game play with ideally somewhat of budget cEDH feel.

The way deck works is you want to discard, and then you do damage to everyone when you discard with Glint-Horn Buccaneer or infinite combo with Niv-Mizzet + Curiosity. As other win conditions, it's draw entire deck and win (multiple ways to do that including infinite mana with scepter + reversal) and my favorite, burst damage to everyone (board + players) with Chandra's Ignition cast on Rielle herself.

I'm relatively new to EDH play but wanted to have a way to play that's a bit more with "target on your back" deck and this is an attempt at it. Suggestions on adds/cuts welcome!
