How this Deck Works:

Start with lands and placing slivers. Use the Slivers to stall so you survive extra turns and gain mana when necessary.

Play a relentless rats card, and make sure it enters the graveyard through some means

Play Secret Salvage, exile the relentless rats in the graveyard so you get all relentless rats into your hand. End the turn with all of your rats in your hand. The maximum hand limit will force you to discard down to seven cards. Discard as many relentless rats as possible.

Play Immortal Servitude with 6 mana. Bring all cards with 3 mana in your graveyard back into play, which includes all the relentless rats you previously discarded. Congratulations, you probably at least have have like 7 9/9s in play, best case scenario being 12 14/14s.

Use diabolic tutor to bring a card into your hand if you can't draw it

On the Sideboard, use scry against aggro or early win con decks or flying/reach against flying decks
