The blue is mostly shapeshifters and very helpful cards
Not a bad start considering the kitchen-ness of this deck. :)
Primal Plasma , while likable, is not very in tune with your zombie strategy once you move towards that (once you get your Endless Ranks of the Dead s). It'll give you a slot to put in another copy of somethign crucial in the deck or maybe a different , exciting zombie!
You may be getting issues from your blue because you have a lot of Islands to compensate for some of your blue cards having a double blue in their mana cost (Levitation , Cryptoplasm . That either means that a) You don't get any Swamps for most of the deck or b) You struggle with the minoirty of your blue.
One option is to cut out blue entirely; apart from some of the blue zombies it is not doing too much here; the manabase is harmful when you have so many black-intensive-costing cards like Skinrender or card:Geralf's Messenger.
Another option is to fiddle with the lands. Try to get some dual lands if you can, even if it is just cheap Ravnica bouncelands like Dimir Aqueduct or lands like Rupture Spire . Those are cheap enough for kitchen decks.
About the blue. Besides the primal plasma, I think they all should stay. If it helps I went through my extra blue and found some good ones (they dont necicarily fit the theme but they are still good)
