I'm not usually the biblical type, but Kaalia of the Vast just sort of brings that out of people. I've spent two years building decks solely in combinations of , & , and my first ever EDH deck was Alesha, Who Smiles at Death. Kaalia is just the next logical step. since I owned many of the cards already it only took me two days to put this list together, and so far she's kicking ass.

So, I've had the pleasure of testing the deck out in a couple games, and it did extremely well. However, there are cards that I had to cut that I wish I didn't, and those cards are residing in the sideboard and maybeboard currently. I'm currently deciding on what to cut so that I may put some of them back. Suggestions and input would be helpful.

Iona, Shield of Emeria for Basandra, Battle Seraph. I'll put Iona in for tournaments, but for my meta she's too high profile.

Mountain for Flamekin Village, Haste is super important in this deck, and one more tapped land is something i'm willing to sacrifice for it.

Whispersilk Cloak is out for Conqueror's Flail since i'm more worried about people being dicks during my turn than I am about being blocked.

Twilight Shepherd leaves so Linvala, the Preserver can come in and brighten my day. My experience with Twilight Shepherd is her ability is hard to coordinate with, and while Linvala's ability is minimal, she's a personal favorite card of mine and I make it a rule to have just one card that I like which might be a little impractical, for the sake of my personal enjoyment.
