For those that don't get it, the goal is to flicker/bounce Jester's Scepter as many times as possible to "mill" the opposing player's deck -- Five cards at a time means 12 flickers to clear 60 cards, so you need to flicker around 10 times realistically to accomplish this aim. Also, Modern is a format of playsets, so you can also use the Scepter to counter any spells you've exiled.

Updated for Kaladesh and in general -- Biggest change is taking out Mishra's Bauble for Darksteel Relic as my Zero Drop along with Ornithopter, and adding in Padeem, Consul of Innovation to protect my important pieces -- Jester's Scepter and Master Transmuter
