added: Telemin Performance and removed: Champion's Helm

Removed Telemin Performance after I realized it has 0 synergy with the Undead Alchemist and added Mirror-Sigil Sergeant back in.

Added Sun Titan and Frost Titan removed Judge Unworthy and Mirror-Sigil Sergeant

I'm always a big fan of Intruder Alarm and Stonybrook Schoolmaster with Paradise Mantle or Azami, Lady of the Scrolls. Cause infinite creatures, mana, card draw seems good for your U/W token deck.

I have a Grand Arbiter EDH deck Nope.. I stopped running it because it does nothing but piss people off.

I'd say:

Remove: Condemn, Plains, and Mistmeadow Witch

Add: Angel's Grace, Maze of Ith, Mind Over Matter, and Time Stretch

Those are just some cards for back-up plans. Angel's Grace to prevent ur opponent from winning on a turn they go infinite, Maze of Ith for obvious reasons, Mind Over Matter to go with your Temple Bell, or as a defensive card, and Time Stretch to go with your Crystal Shard + Mnemonic Wall. You may also want to consider swapping out some of your counterspells for better ones (such as Arcane Denial, or Last Word, or Mindbreak Trap)

I do want to add Time Stretch, but don't want to remove any cards. Condemn, is one of my only spot removal cards, Mistmeadow Witch is essentially Venser but for creatures only (combos with sundial). Also lets me recycle the wall.

Thus I will do this:

-1 Scattering Stroke

+1 Time Stretch

also i made mine different in the way that a lot of my cards say "clash with an opponent" which forces them to put there top card either on top or bottom.

Wheres the room? Most all cards in the deck serve at least 2 purposes...the Tunnel Vision win con has been reduced, meaning that I have reduced the empathize on that win con. It is not fun to lose to that win con, and it is easy to beat against the Eldarzi. But thank you for your suggestion, prior to the reduction of focus on tunnel vision I would have added it.
