After the reactors exploded, nasty radiation contaminated the atmosphere surrounding the depths of Chernobyl's Nuclear Power Plant (the birthplace of the 'Elephant's Foot', deep down where the volatile concoction of heavy metals and rare earth substances waffles high energy gamma radiation out into the wilderness.)

The effects of such radiation has mutated animals and other inhabitants of the area and they consequently prowl the region searching for healthier prey and hosts. Cockroaches have been seen pouring out of dying animals. Mental decay can progress to the point of no return, where once sane individuals lose their mind and become feral ghouls, seeing only the pure of body and mind as the enemy.

This is a deck built around Nest of Scarabs and Everlasting Torment. Endless amounts of damage equates to everyone's creatures dying or becoming yours with Necroskitter, or more 1/1 witherers with Corrosive Mentor. The choice is yours, as all are accessible with Dimir Machinations. Comboes everywhere!!
