Reki, is an overlooked commander, he generates lots of value if a lot of the cards in your deck are legendary, this can ramp you into big creatures that let you win the game.

Start off with lots of ramp, turn 2 Reki is ideal, start ramping more, along with small legendaries like artifacts to draw cards

Second, you want to get lots of Planeswalkers into play to generate more utility, like creating beasts.

Third, a few wincons are, Omanth with lots of ramp, ideally with something like a Nyxbloom Ancient, One of the others is making resolving a massive Craterhoof behemoth to win the game. Although this deck has real wincons, it can mostly win through all of the great effects you get off creatures, Planeswalkers, etc.
