You only have 3 of those Quest for the Holy Relic so it needs a miracle to get one in your starting hand?
Have you tried Goblin Guide instead of Vexing Devil ? Haste seems very relevant if your opponent is tapped out, and devil seems pretty bad since you're probably just doming the opponent for 4. I suppose Goblin Guide is bad if you're on the land destruction game plan. If reach is an issue for the deck, Student of Warfare or Figure of Destiny could be solid if you happen to not draw a Quest.
