This deck is much stronger than I expected. I expected for it to lose immediately and never do well, but it's only got one loss under its belt after 3 games. The first game had me lose after an opponent cast Splinter Twin from my deck attached to some awful creature.
The second game saw a win after Fortune Thief was mistaken (as designed) for Akroma, Angel of Fury. I was able to stabilize after that and closed out with a recurring Duplicant after a few more turns.
Game three I gained a lot of life, and got out of reach by midgame by recurring a few lifegain effects. Darksteel Plate is an underestimated card, and kept me on the board in a way that I also didn't expect.
I'll add more updates later.
